Supported Environments
Browsers and environments in which Insuriant AI services are designed to operate.
1. Geography
The Services are operated primarily for the United States. Insurance agency services are offered first in Florida. Availability in other states depends on licensing and product configuration. Network eligibility may be limited by state and product rules.
2. Browsers
We support the current and previous major releases of Chrome, Edge (Chromium), Safari, and Firefox. JavaScript and cookies required for authentication should be enabled. Legacy browsers are not supported.
3. Mobile
Modern iOS and Android browsers are supported for responsive web experiences. SMS requires a capable mobile number. Native applications, if offered, will state store requirements separately.
4. Voice
Softphone and automated calling require a modern browser or device with microphone permission and a stable connection where applicable. Telephone calling depends on communications infrastructure and network conditions. Emergency calling is not provided unless a product expressly documents it.
5. Hosting
The Services are operated on cloud infrastructure located in the United States.
6. Non-production environments
Demonstration and staging environments may use synthetic data and reduced capacity. Do not place production consumer information in those environments without an approved exception.
