Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of the Services and is part of the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted use

Use the Services only for lawful purposes consistent with the insurance, platform, and network rules that apply to your role.

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Violate law, insurance regulation, or communications rules
• Send unsolicited messages; harvest contacts; or use lists without a lawful basis and required consent
• Evade STOP, do-not-call, or other suppression systems
• Submit false, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals or applications
• Provide unlicensed insurance advice or misrepresent licensure or affiliation
• Introduce malware, probe, or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer the Services except as non-waivable law allows
• Copy or misuse the Services to misappropriate confidential methods
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the Services for emergency calling unless a product expressly supports it

4. Enforcement

We may investigate, suspend access, remove content, withhold network payments, or terminate use for violations of this AUP. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
