Privacy Policy

How Insuriant AI collects, uses, protects, and shares information in connection with our services.

1. Introduction

Insuriant AI (“Insuriant AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida insurance agency and technology company. We operate insurance agency services, software used by agencies and our own teams, voice and digital companion experiences, and the Insuriant Referral Network (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Services. It applies to consumers, insureds, agency users, network members, website visitors, and others who interact with us.

Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service, Messaging Policy, and Voice Communications Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Policy and update the effective date. Where a change is material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.

2. Our role

Depending on the context, Insuriant AI may:

  • Determine how information is used in connection with our own websites, agency operations, and first-party experiences
  • Process information on behalf of an insurance agency or other business customer under a written agreement
  • Collect information as a licensed insurance agency in order to quote, place, service, or communicate about insurance, where permitted

When we process information solely on behalf of a business customer, that customer’s notices and our contract with that customer also apply.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you or your organization provide

  • Identifiers and contact details (such as name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and preferred language)
  • Account and role information for agency or network users
  • Insurance-related information you choose to share in connection with a quote, application, service request, or similar workflow
  • Referral and network membership information
  • Communications content, including voice, text, chat, email, and documents you submit
  • Payment and billing references (payment credentials are processed by payment providers; we minimize our storage of full payment credentials)
  • Consent, preference, and opt-out records

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device, browser, and application information
  • IP address and approximate location derived from network information
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Notice)
  • Telephony and messaging metadata (such as time, duration, routing, and delivery status)
  • Usage, performance, diagnostic, and security information

3.3 Information from others

  • Insurance carriers, managing general agents, and related parties as needed for a requested workflow
  • Agency-management, calendar, identity, and similar integrations that you or a business customer enable
  • Network members and other authorized sources of a consumer request
  • Organizations that help us operate, secure, and deliver the Services
  • Public or licensed sources used only as permitted for a given workflow

Please do not send Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or unnecessary government identification through SMS.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Services
  • Deliver insurance agency services, including intake, assistance, quoting support, applications, servicing, and customer care, through licensed personnel where required
  • Operate voice, messaging, and digital companion experiences
  • Operate the Referral Network, including validation, acceptance, integrity review, membership administration, and compensation administration
  • Communicate with you about the Services, including service and transactional messages and, where permitted, informational or promotional messages
  • Protect the Services; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Understand how the Services are used and to operate, maintain, and improve them
  • Comply with law and enforce our agreements

We may use information processed in connection with the Services to operate, maintain, evaluate, develop, and improve the Services, including quality, safety, and performance. Where appropriate, we use aggregated or de-identified information for these purposes.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Organizations that host, transmit, analyze, secure, or otherwise support the Services, under arrangements appropriate to their role.
  • Insurance partners. Carriers, managing general agents, and related parties as needed to quote, place, service, or administer coverage you request.
  • Business customers and agencies. When you interact in connection with their account or book of business.
  • Network members. Limited status information appropriate to a member’s role. Network members do not receive premium, commission, policy number, or similar outcome information unless separately authorized.
  • Corporate transactions. In connection with a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Legal and safety. When required or permitted by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.

We may also disclose information in connection with lawful commercial arrangements, including introductions, referrals, and network participation, consistent with this Policy, applicable law, and any notice or consent requirements that apply.

Certain U.S. state privacy laws treat some disclosures as a “sale” or “share” of personal information. If those laws apply to you and grant an opt-out right, you may exercise it by emailing support@insuriant.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We honor rights available under applicable law.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Messaging, voice, and mobile information

Our text messaging and calling programs are described in the Messaging Policy and Voice Communications Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS; reply HELP for help.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and performance. Details are in our Cookie Notice. You may control many cookies through your browser; some features may not function if essential cookies are disabled.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, meet legal and insurance obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, and keep ordinary business records. We then delete or de-identify information, subject to backup systems and legal holds. Retention periods vary by category and context.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, consistent with the nature of the Services and the sensitivity of the information. Additional information is in our Information Security Standards.

10. Your choices and rights

  • SMS: Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help.
  • Email: Use unsubscribe controls where provided for promotional email. Transactional messages may continue as needed to provide the Services.
  • Privacy requests: To request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available where you live, email support@insuriant.ai.
  • Agency or network users: Some requests may need to be directed through your organization administrator.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available by law. We may verify requests and retain limited records, including suppression lists, as appropriate.

11. Children

The Services are intended for adults and insurance professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where that higher age applies, in connection with the Services.

12. International processing

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where we or organizations supporting the Services operate.
