AI & Automation Notice
How Insuriant AI uses automated systems in our services.
1. Purpose
This Notice describes how Insuriant AI uses automated systems in our insurance agency operations, software, voice and digital experiences, and Referral Network.
2. Where automation may be used
- Voice and digital assistants that support conversation, routing, and workflow
- Digital companion experiences that help capture and organize information during a session
- Agency software features such as classification, suggestions, and quality review
- Operational safeguards, including fraud and abuse detection, duplicate review, routing, and support triage
- Network administration, including integrity review and tier administration using approved pre-purchase information
- Analytics used to operate, maintain, and improve the Services
3. Licensed judgment
Where the law requires licensed insurance advice, suitability review, or binding authority, those functions remain with licensed personnel. Automation supports those functions; it does not replace producer obligations.
4. How automation is delivered
Automated capabilities may be provided through third-party communications and computing services. Specific vendors and models may change as we operate and improve the Services.
5. Accuracy
Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a substitute for policy documents, insurer decisions, or professional advice. Please verify material facts in the controlling insurance documents.
6. Information used
Inputs may include conversation content, forms, documents, and operational information, handled under our Privacy Policy. We may use that information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services as described there.
7. Recording and notice
Where calls are recorded or use automated assistance, we provide notice and obtain consent when required. See the Voice Communications Policy.
